I enjoyed the room with good facilities, the bed was nice. The breakfast had a wide array of selection, the food was delicious!

The all year round swimming facility was a highlight for me. Whether it was a sunny day or raining outside, I could always enjoy a refreshing swim or simply relax on the deck chairs. Additionally, the indoor heated pool was a great option for those wanting to escape the wet weather and cozy up with a good book. I also loved the unique touch of 18 scattered dinosaurs around the park, adding a playful and enjoyable element to my stay.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the playground could use a bit of an upgrade, especially for the kids.

The staff were very friendly. They provided a free airport pick-up and drop-off and even lent us their car for the night (to go in to central Rotorua).

Just fine, clean, cheap and situated near the lake and close to town.

Location: the hotel was just next door to quite with the family buzz of happy children in the playground, and so many improvements still being constructed in the future.

The main lodge room was a pleasant surprise with a large TV and a complete kitchen, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a movie night or cook up a feast. It felt like having our own mini apartment!

This holiday park is located conveniently close to all of the exciting attractions in the North Island of New Zealand. It is also away from the busy town centre, allowing for a peaceful retreat. Guests have mentioned that it is close to the Motion Entertainment Centre, which is great for rainy days. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing everything a group of friends would need. The outdoor furniture and facilities, such as the pool and bikes for hire, are a hit with both kids and adults.

Although the rooms are spacious and clean, some guests have mentioned that certain areas, like the carpet and kitchen handles, were not as clean as expected.

Play area for kids was great as was swimming pool.

Our cabin had a very odd odour - fishy!!!

We had a fantastic mini break at All Seasons Holiday Park. The spa pool was great, and my grandson loved the playground. The hotel was quiet and safe, perfect for young children. The room had a spacious fridge/freezer, which was a nice convenience. The extra hour before check out allowed us to enjoy the facilities even more. The location near attractions kept us entertained and allowed my husband to rest during our long drive. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was great value for money and we will definitely return.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Cheap and Good - we stayed longer

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short distance away from a magnificent lake. The hotel provided a free airport shuttle, which was extremely convenient. The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed, including heating, air conditioning, and a kitchenette. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The leisure facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, were a great way to relax and unwind after a long day. The hotel also offered a babysitting service, which was perfect for families. this place exceeded my expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I like the location out of the main tourist area, by the lake,quiet. Out of town yet easy access to all activities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The lodge room was perfect for our large family. It had a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a large TV, and a cozy dining area. We loved the self-catering option! The bunkbeds in one of the rooms were a hit with the kids. They were comfortable and provided plenty of sleeping space for everyone. The motel-style units were finished to a high standard, with spacious bathrooms and kitchens. We felt right at home during our stay.

Personally, I would have preferred a different bed configuration in one of the rooms. But hey, that's just my preference.
